In March 2020 when India started the lockdown, a lot of us did not realize what we were headed into. Over the past year, India has seen a clear lack of leaders, people who can take decisions, analyse data, research on what happens next, and plan massive scale operations to help the country.
We have all realized this, and have had one conversation or the other, our education system needs an overhaul, we need to teach children how to solve problems, how to collaborate with the world, and how to work with solutions so that India does not see a day like this again. While we do not have a shortage of engineers, or scientists, even doctors - but we have not enabled them with skills to solve problems, we have made them people who can do a job - nothing more.
